• Orders canceled with 6+ days notice: 20% service charge
• Orders canceled with 3-5 days notice: 50% service charge
• Orders canceled with less than 72 hours notice: 100% service charge
LEAD TIME
Minimum needed prior to event: 5 business days
FLOAT TIMES
Float times vary depending on balloon size, balloon type, elevation, and whether or not they are used indoors or outdoors. Please call for more details.

Mylar balloons: Remain full for 3-5 days but will float 14-30 days
Arch Pearl, Helium = $5 per linear foot, 20 feet minimum Starts at $100
Spiral Arch, Helium = $20 per linear foot, 20 feet minimum Starts at $400
Column = Starts at $10 per linear foot (typical column is 5 feet tall)
Swags = Starts at $5 per linear foot
Pole & base rental = $10
